You can immediately spot the shop if you see a snaking queue at the Hawker Centre (50 people). There are 4 types – fish ball, ngoh hiang, tofu – fried and steam. All at $6 each bowl with soup (no noodles/rice). Original will have all 4 ingredients but you can opt out for some. Soup is simple yet flavourful. You must really try to truly understand why people queue. Highly recommended.
