This wan-tan noodle stall is located at Yu Hua, west side of Singapore. Be early as the the queue will be long. Caramelised (leaner) char siew with a sweet taste and charring on the char siew is quite extensive, giving it a crispier texture exterior. Noodles is as springy. Also try Roast duck and wan tan soup. Deservedly a Mich Bib Gourmand.
