One of a kind carrot cake in Singapore, conscientiously fried to perfection. Beautifully crusted on the outside yet still soft inside. Spicy and savoury. Can opt for non-spicy. Be prepared for long wait, upto an hour. Auntie has a knee problem from standing too long over years, so need to be patient. *Tip: Call to pre-order, takeaway only but you can still eat there at the hawker centre.
